Third Party Marketer (Hedge Funds, Fund Of Funds, Venture Capital, Oil & Gas, Private Equity)
Experienced capital raiser with track record in raising assets looking to make the transition into portfolio film finance, production, and distribution, and understand it as a non correlated asset class that outperforms all other non correlated asset classes in the world.
Must have superior relationships and substantial experience in raising capital from HNW investors, family offices, hedge funds, fund of funds, pensions, endowments, private banks, investment advisors, venture capital, portfolio managers, oil & gas investors, and other institutional capital and the ability to do so in today's market offering investors an alternative to traditional private equity opportunities.
Examples of competitor film finance deals which were funded by institutional capital are Elliot Associates, Columbus Nova, Stark, Honeywell Pensions, MC Ventures, Bank Of America Capital Partners, and more.
Must have capabilities to arrange and raise $100M-$1B for both film finance, production, theatrical distribution, and global online digital distribution and understand that the studios have heavily consolidated, leaving an open door for a new stand alone theatrical distribution
Must be able to arrange a short term tranche of a min. of $20 million with additional follow on amounts to exceed $100M+. Must be ethical, diligent, a closer, and have a burning interest to be in the movie business.
