Offers total fiscal security and transparency
Because we are regulated under Regulation D, Rule 506, full transparency and accounting will be in effect. Further, all qualified spending on film productions for generating tax rebates or tax credits is audited by State or Federal government authorities. If our total AUM raised enables us to theatrically distribute in the United States, then all box office revenues are split between us and the theatres which offer a more transparent accounting of profits.
